Will the jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?

925 sterling silver is a high-quality metal that resists tarnishing far better than base metals. With proper care — keeping it dry, storing it in a pouch when not worn — your Livora jewelry will stay beautiful for years. Unlike cheap alloy jewelry, it will not turn your skin green.

How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?

Keep it away from perfume, lotion, and chlorine. Remove before swimming or showering. Store in the pouch or box it came in. To clean, gently polish with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, a mild soap and warm water works well — just dry thoroughly afterward.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the item and email us at liroy2597@gmail.com with your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
